Start at The Sill.

Christmas is just around the corner, and some people might still have a few last-minute gifts to buy for friends and family, or perhaps one for yourself just for good measure.

At Northumberland National Park, we would like to offer a few gift ideas that support your National Park this Christmas…

The Sill Shop

At The Sill National Landscape Discovery Centre, the shop has plenty of small to large gifts suitable for a variety of ages. The gifts we sell help show off our beautiful landscapes and local passions, from prints and paintings to ceramics and jewellery, there’s plenty to explore and choose from. Over 80% of products sold in The Sill shop are from North East producers and are inspired by Northumberland. Don’t forget to wander around or pop in to the café on the first floor during your visit.

Tickets to an Event

There are plenty of guided walks and activities to get involved with around Northumberland National Park, why not buy an outdoors-y friend a ticket to one of our upcoming guided walks? Or if they’re better with their hands than their feet, book a space for one of our Get Creative sessions where they can create a range of crafts inspired by the cultural heritage of Northumberland National Park.
For more information on our guided walks and other events, visit our What’s On page: https://www.northumberlandnationalpark.org.uk/whats-on/

Car Parking Pass

Do you know someone who gets out into the park quite often? Why not get them an Annual Car Parking Pass so they can get out there as much as they want! This pass allows the holder to park in any Northumberland National Park Authority operated Hadrian’s Wall car parks within the National Park.

These passes can be bought from The Sill, for more information about car parking, see here: https://www.northumberlandnationalpark.org.uk/visitor-info/car-parks/

We hope to see you around the National Park soon and wish everyone a Merry Christmas!
